Hi, I'm Shawna. And I'm so excited you landed on this page! I've been on my own health journey since I learned about REAL food in college & even more so when I became a mom, and I love helping others with their health goals, especially when the goal is Whole Food Plant-Based.

As a mom of 3 girls, I know just how important it is to eat healthy food to feel your best, and not go on 'diets' to lose weight or 'look' healthier.
